I feel pretty, oh so pretty ....tonight ...tonight .

Last night was a cultural evening, which made a very pleasant change, we all trotted off to see a production of Westside Story. Now for those I haven't told, I starred in the University of Plymouth very amateur production of the same show ... playing the dastardly Chino. So last night I watched the show with a great deal off fondness recalling how I struggled to co-ordinate my feet to achieve some fairly tricky dance moves, and it best not to mention my singing.

So it was with great joy that I managed to recall a lot of the script and sing-a-long to the well known and not so well known tunes ... I like to be in America ... Tonight, tonight ..it all began tonight. So feeling pretty we all then headed off for more fun fun fun in Fresh.

Must admit all was a little quiet last night and thankfully I only had to stave off a few amorous advances, whilst making non of my own. Spent most of the time focused on a G&T which went down lovely. Oh and it wasn't Pet Shop Boys night, apparently that was the Friday .. so I was unable to relive what was my very sensible teen years, although with my mind full of Westside Story I found myself singing Officer Krupke to Madonna's Hung-up ... all very strange .....

  • I used to play a character in an one-act show when I was 18. It was a before christmas event in my department in the Uni. Can you imagine a 180cm tall university student played a 13-year-old boy?
Apart from that, and my poor English, I kind of enjoyed it. And as one of your friends in Taiwan, I am surprised that you played a role in that show. But I always feel sometime dramatic in your soul, ;-)
