Oh, another day ... should I Blog?

Ok, the second blog, such a long time since the last one .... fat lazy arse that I am. Well after my bout of not very well diagonsed illness I am finally getting some energy back, although not enough excess energy to whinge about the bloody wet weather again!

Well the news is that I have finally got around to attempting to make a few lifestyle changes, the main one being to shed a few of the excess pounds that i have accumulated over the last 14 years. I still blame puberty for being fat ... i was thin before that hit, oh yes and my strange deep voice, all wouldn't have been so bad if it had given more than 6 lonely chest hairs.

So tonight is another uneventful one, a trip to FNAC to pick-up a ticket for Westside Story and then to the supermarket for some lettuce leaves and other 'healthy' food.

While I remember must take my blood pressure tonight, just to make sure my head isn't going to explode ... no comment on work, all the same as ever.

Oh, the trip to Singapore was good and nowhere near as dull as i was lead to beleive and no, i haven't managed to learn any new chinese words today... back to beginning I guess I am a lazy fat arse!
