Time goes by ..not so slowly ...

Well indeed, it is already Tuesday I am not quite sure what happened to most of Sunday and Monday and I wasn't drunk on either day. Sometimes we just slip into one of those routines where things just become automatic, usually happening to me on a Sunday and snapping out of it sometime mid-week. I think this morning I must have snapped. Although the only thing that really happened on Sunday was me managing to overcome my overwhelming desire for double pepperoni pizza and settling for a healthy option .. although last night I did weaken for a moment and scoffed down a Twix!

For the record my weight currently stands around the 97.5 kg (minus the twix) when I get to 95kg I will treat myself to that pizza. Tomorrow is a public holiday, Dragon Boat Festival, involving boats and water and with Taipei suffering from yet more rain then on the water is probably the best place to be. It has been suggested that we spend the Wednesday wandering aimlessly around a mountain, however that is definitely not my cup of tea, let alone in the rain. I was hoping for some sunshine then we could take ourselves off somewhere to enjoy the weather, but alas I think we'll all be trapped indoors or in a department store spending money that would be better spent on something else! Should anything exciting happen I will let you know ....
